রফিক হোটেলে খেতে ঢুকে খাবারের অর্ডার দিয়ে গালে হাত দিয়ে বসে আছেন। যে অর্ডার নিয়েছে তার কোনো খবর নেই। অনেকক্ষণ পর এক ওয়েটার এসে বলল,
-আপনি কি 'অর্ডার' দিয়েছেন?
রফিক সাহেব বিনীতভাবে বললেন,
-দুই ঘণ্টা আগে 'অর্ডার' দিয়েছিলাম, এখন কি একবার 'রিকোয়েস্ট' করতে পারি?
ওয়েটার বিব্রত হয়ে বলল, ছি ছিঃ তা কেন! আপনি আরেকবার বলুন, আমি দেখছি।
রফিক সাহেব তিনটা আইটেমের অর্ডার দিলেন। ওয়েটার একটা আইটেম দিয়ে যাওয়ার আধঘণ্টা পর দ্বিতীয় আইটেম নিয়ে এল। ওয়েটার তৃতীয় আইটেম আনতে যাবে, এমন সময় রফিক সাহেব...
